We are seeking a skilled and experienced Zoho CRM Expert to join our team. As a Zoho CRM Expert, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our customer relationship management (CRM) processes, enhancing user experience, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. If you have a deep understanding of Zoho CRM and a passion for streamlining business operations, we’d love to hear from you.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Lead the implementation and management of Zoho CRM solutions to improve overall customer experience. 
2. Set the process and manage end to end lead lifecycle in zoho 
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze customer data, identifying trends and insights that inform decision-making. 
4. Customize Zoho CRM software to meet specific business needs, ensuring seamless integration with other systems. 
5. Design and implement efficient workflows within Zoho CRM, streamlining processes and enhancing productivity. 
6. Provide training to end-users on Zoho CRM functionalities and offer ongoing technical support. 
7. Stay updated on Zoho CRM features and enhancements, proactively suggesting improvements to enhance system performance. 
8. Maintain accurate documentation related to Zoho CRM configurations, processes, and best practices. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred. 
2. 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining Zoho CRM solutions. 
3. Proficiency in Zoho Creator and other Zoho platforms is a plus. 
4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into effective CRM solutions. 
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
