Requirements:

1. You will be responsible for Setup, managing and optimizing Google Analytics, Firebase, Microsoft Clarity to derive actionable insights from user behavior on our digital platforms – Web, Android and iOS
2. Should have expertise in both analytics tools, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to translate data into meaningful recommendations.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the implementation and ongoing management of Google Analytics 4 to ensure accurate tracking of key events, conversions, and user interactions.
2. Utilize GA4 features to analyze user behavior, traffic sources, and other relevant metrics.
3. Implement and configure Microsoft Clarity to gain deeper insights into user heatmap interactions, engagement, and website usability.
4. Setup and optimize firebase to capture relevant events for mobile applications for analysis and decision-making.
5. Analyze data from Google Analytics/Firebase/Microsoft Clarity to provide comprehensive insights into user journeys, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
6. Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in the data to inform digital strategy.
7. Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards in both analytics platforms to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
8. Create visually compelling reports for different stakeholders, ensuring accessibility and clarity.
9. Knowledge to implement google tag manager and firebase integration will be a plus.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business, Statistics, Computer Science).
2. Proven experience with both Google Analytics 4, Firebase and Microsoft Clarity implementation and management.
3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decision-making.
4. Excellent communication skills to convey insights and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
