Requirements:  

Hands-on experience in Figma UI/UX design, with a focus on SaaS products. 

Portfolio:  

1. Showcase a diverse portfolio that demonstrates your proficiency in both UI and UX design, highlighting your contributions to successful product launches. 
2. User-Centered Approach: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to advocate for the user throughout the design process. 
3. Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate a creative and analytical approach to problem-solving, with a keen attention to detail. 
4. Collaborative Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. 

Responsibilities: 

1. User Research: Conduct user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of our target audience, incorporating findings into the design process. 
2. Common repository creation: Create common design elements which can be reused across the application  
3. Wireframing and Prototyping: Create detailed wireframes and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools such as Figma, or Adobe XD. 
4. Visual Design: Develop visually appealing and cohesive design solutions that align with the brand identity and elevate the overall user experience. 
5. Design for multiple screens: Design to ensure responsiveness and adaptable to various screen sizes, providing a seamless experience across different devices.
