• 3+ Years of hands-on experience in proposal preparations using (PowerPoint, Word)
• Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into clear, concise, and persuasive proposals.
• Strong understanding of IT and Data Engineering concepts, including software development, data management, cloud computing, and related technologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop, write, and edit high-quality proposals in response including RFPs, RFIs, and other client solicitations, specifically focusing on IT and Data Engineering projects.
2. Collaborate with technical teams to understand project requirements, technical solutions, and methodologies to accurately represent them in proposals.
3. Maintain a repository of proposal content, including reusable sections, templates, and case studies, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
4. Work closely with business development, sales, project management, and technical teams to gather necessary information and ensure proposals align with client needs and company capabilities.
5. Manage multiple proposal projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
6. Ensure proposals comply with all client requirements and internal standards, including formatting, structure, and content guidelines.
7. Continuously seek to improve proposal processes, tools, and templates to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. 3 to 7 years of experience in proposal writing, specifically within IT and Data Engineering domains.
2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear, persuasive, and accurate technical content.
3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
4. High level of attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
5. Proven ability to work effectively in a remote team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
6. Strong analytical and research skills to gather and interpret data, understand trends, and incorporate relevant information into proposals.
7. Familiarity with industry standards, compliance requirements, and best practices in IT and Data Engineering proposal writing.
