We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Agile Scrum Lead who is passionate about project management and process optimization. This role is responsible for task allocation, task monitoring, tracking, daily standup meetings, and action point summarization to ensure project success and efficiency. The ideal candidate should possess strong Scrum and Agile expertise, along with a deep understanding of data sniggering or software development projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Lead and facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Planning, Retrospectives etc.).
2. Implement and enforce task monitoring and time management practices.
3. Maintain project plans, sprint backlogs, and product roadmaps with a strong focus on deadlines.
4. Collaborate with data teams to define project requirements, timelines, and success criteria.
5. Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
6. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
7. Challenge time-consuming or inefficient practices and drive process improvements.
8. Implement and maintain robust task monitoring and time tracking systems.
9. Ensure that daily standup meetings are held consistently and effectively.
10. Summarize daily standup action points and ensure follow-through.
11. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, data scientists, and analysts.
12. Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
13. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.
14. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders with a strong emphasis on time management.
15. Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Qualificiations:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
3. Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in software development projects.
4. Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and software development practices.
5. Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on fostering collaboration and building high-performing teams.
7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
8. Experience working with distributed teams and across different time zones is a plus.
9. Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Gitlab, or similar tools.
10. Passion for continuous learning and professional growth in Agile practices and principles.
