CTC: 10 lacs to 25 lacs INR per annum
Work Time: 9 am IST to 6 pm IST (Flexi Time)

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. AI & automation expert in SEO, content creation, email campaign and other outreach digital marketing area – having 3+ years of hands-on experience.
2. Excellent English language competency – Ability to write/review/edit content and execute content calendar/plan.

Responsibilities:

1. Involve hands-on by leveraging AI & automation tools in managing SEO and digital marketing operations.
2. Develop and implement AI-driven strategies to optimize digital marketing across various channels such as search engines, social media, email, and other outreach campaigns.
3. Mentor and train junior team members on AI and automation concepts, tools, and techniques to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, data science, and technology to design and deploy AI-powered solutions that enhance customer segmentation, personalization, and engagement.
5. Build and maintain automated marketing systems and workflows to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and scale marketing operations.
6. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of AI-driven marketing initiatives and provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders.
