What we are looking for

• Proficient in EDI mapping tools and software. 
• 2 years hands-on experience on SQL queries.
• Experience with middleware solutions, data hub architectures and APIs.
• EDIFACT, XML, JSON, and other common data formats
• Experience in using tools such as Lobster, JIRA, and Confluence for documentation and task management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Monitor and troubleshoot EDI processes to ensure accurate and timely data exchange. 
2. Support the integration of processes utilizing various middleware solutions within a data hub architecture.
3. Create and maintain data mappings, ensuring that all tasks and processes are meticulously documented in JIRA and Confluence.
4. Establish and manage connections with marketplaces and suppliers using applications such as Lobster or similar tools, ensuring robust and secure data exchanges.
5. Play a pivotal role in the development and enhancement of automation processes, particularly within ERP implementations, to improve efficiency and accuracy across systems.
6. Assist in onboarding new suppliers, ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of electronic data exchanges with suppliers and service providers.
7. Can confidently work with XML, JSON, and other common data formats
8. Optimize SQL code for performance and scalability, ensuring efficient handling of large data volumes
9. Work closely with IT and business teams to support system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 2 to 4 years of experience.
3. Strong knowledge of SQL
4. Proficiency in using tools such as Lobster, JIRA, and Confluence.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
