Job Description:

We are seeking a Sales Expert to join our dynamic team.

  • Strong background in sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building successful client relationships.
  • Hands-on experience in setting up and effectively utilizing CRM systems.
  • Expertise in optimizing sales processes, enhancing user experience, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve team sales targets.
  2. Identify market opportunities and trends, conducting market research and analysis to inform sales strategies.
  3. Drive lead generation efforts through various channels, including networking, referrals, and digital marketing initiatives.
  4. Manage the sales pipeline, tracking prospects and opportunities through each stage of the sales cycle.
  5. Lead the setup and configuration of CRM systems within the organization, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and requirements.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, including contact information, sales activities, and pipeline management.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to support sales initiatives.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    2. Minimum 4-7 years’ experience in sales, with a strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies preferably in a similar industry.
    3. Demonstrated experience in setting up and configuring CRM systems, preferably from scratch.
    4. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
    6. Proficient in using CRM software, such as Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics, to manage sales activities and customer data.
