• Hands-on experience as a Technical Project Manager delivering multiple projects utilizing TypeScript-based languages.
• Proven working track record of executing multiple projects across various programming languages — including React, .NET, PHP, or similar technologies.
• Expertise on website and application loading speed optimization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Lead and manage the execution of multiple projects using TypeScript-based languages, ensuring adherence to project timelines and objectives.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
3. Drive the delivery of projects in programming languages such as React, .NET, PHP, or similar technologies, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and best practices.
4. Oversee website and application loading speed optimization initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance performance.
5. Develop comprehensive project plans, including tasks, timelines, resource requirements, and dependencies and ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations, conducting thorough testing and validation as needed.
6. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
7. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to communicate project updates, milestones, and changes effectively.
8. Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and technical specifications.
9. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, with a focus on leading and delivering projects using TypeScript-based languages.
3. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as React, .NET, PHP, or similar technologies.
4. Demonstrated experience in website and application loading speed optimization techniques and tools.
5. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans, manage resources, and mitigate risks.
6. Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
7. Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) is a plus.
8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
